Description

Take some time out for yourself

Come to The Lodge in Staylittle for a quiet weekend of yoga, winter walks, riverside sauna, nourishing food and evenings by the fire. With a massage included too you are sure to go home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and ready for the busy festive period.

Yoga sessions

My yoga sessions are always accessible to all with enough challenge if you need it. I focus on being playful with movement and feeling good in your body as opposed to just making shapes. Morning sessions will be dynamic and energising while the evening session will be more relaxing and restorative. There’ll be five sessions over the weekend.

Walking

Winter is a time for quiet woodland walks and early sunset strolls. No major hikes, just being outdoors and breathing fresh air.

Riverside Sauna

Is winter the best time for saunas? Yes I think so! This sauna is super special with views of the Dulas river flanked by oak trees and moss.

Massage

Did someone say massage? Yes please! A one hour massage is included in the price of your retreat.

Food

Always at the forefront of our retreats. You’ll get a freshly pressed healthy juice each morning followed by a delicious brunch. Warming, home cooked and hearty dinners to nourish our bodies and souls.

Rooms

Price is based on two sharing. Our rooms are generously sized and perfect for sharing. We have a limited number of single rooms available – just tick the box when you book.
