Join me in my virtual studio for evening yoga from 8 – 8.45am every Wednesday morning. These are mixed level sessions and will focus on waking up the body and mind and getting you ready to face the day.
You will need a yoga mat if you have one, a strap and a block or a couple of books handy.
You will be sent the meeting id and password via email before the session. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
You can book for more than one session here and I will send you the codes weekly. If you miss a session simply drop me a line and your payment will be bumped onto the following weeks class.
