Join me in my virtual studio for evening yoga from 5.30pm – 6.30pm every Monday. These are mixed level classes and will be a perfect way to transition from your day to your evening.
You will need a yoga mat if you have one, a strap and a block or a couple of books handy.
You will be sent the meeting id and password via email before the session. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
You can book for more than one week here and you will be sent the codes each week. Don’t worry if you miss a session – simply drop me a line to let me know and I will bump your payment onto the next class.
