If you run, whether just for fun or on a more serious level then this workshop will be useful to you. In Part One you will learn why warming up is so important and how to do a short and simple dynamic warm up to get you ready for your run.
You will find out about different ways to use yoga for recovery post training so that the next time you train you will feel better in both body and mind and ready to hit the trails.
Part two will be later this year and will be looking at cross training, building core strength and flexibility.
This workshop is open to everyone, you don’t need to have done yoga before to attend.
