Celebrate the Winter Solstice on this one day retreat at The Lodge in Staylittle.
Start your day with a freshly pressed healthy juice and a cup of herbal tea or coffee.
The morning practice will be a steady paced 2 hour session to include asana, pranayama and some meditation.
After yoga there’ll be a tasty light lunch and a short break for a local walk.
An afternoon yin and restorative yoga session will be followed by tea and home made cake.
If you want to extend your time here you can book to stay a night and enjoy the area the next day. I’ll be heading out for a mountain bike ride which you are very welcome to join – bring a bike!
