Description
Set your intentions for your year ahead at our New Year Yoga workshop. A strong morning practice will build heat in the body and focus in the mind to allow you to burn through distractions and focus on what you need most.
The afternoon session will be quieter and more yin based to leave you feeling both relaxed and energized and ready to face the year ahead.
Tea/Coffee, Cake and Fruit are provided. Please bring a small lunch.
