Not everybody wants big epic rides. You might be recovering from an injury, just getting back into exercise after a break or even just starting out with cycling and looking to gain inspiration and build confidence. This is the weekend for you. We will have two lovely mellow rides over the weekend, no rush, taking our time to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside on quiet lanes and dipping onto the Elan Valley cycle path at times.
Enjoyment is our aim, no one left behind. We will visit our favourite cafes for lunch each day and see some beautiful views. A road bike or a hybrid bike would be the best thing to bring for this weekend.
To compliment our relaxed weekend the yoga sessions will be designed to leave you feeling totally zen. With a mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, breathing and relaxation you will have a chance to drop in, feel connected and unwind deeply. The sessions will be suitable for all levels of ability.
The Elan Valley lodge is a firm favourite of ours. Set in the heart of the Elan Valley in an old Victorian school the rooms are simple but comfortable and all ensuite. There’s no single supplement here, everyone can have a single room if they so wish. Our yoga space is on site and we can ride straight from the door.
We serve good healthy and hearty food here with all diets catered for very well. Tea, coffee and a selection of herbal tea’s are available all the time and we always have delicious cake.

Half Board accommodation Friday evening to Sunday afternoon in single or twin ensuite rooms
