At the end of each event Mountain Yoga Breaks will send an email to leave a review at the discretion of the client. From time to time we use these reviews on our website/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page. Mountain Yoga Breaks will only publish these with your permission. A client can ask for this to be removed at any time or request for the review not to be published. Clients are asked to contact us directly to remove permission to publish reviews. By reviewing the event you are consenting for Mountain Yoga Breaks to use these reviews for marketing.

Storing of Information
All information that you supply us with is stored on secured servers. We will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement..The client information that is stored, Name, email address, telephone number, medical information, is stored both on a paper form and via a secure online cloud based server. Information is kept locked via a password on the computer, and is only accessible to Mountain Yoga Breaks employees . The information that we hold on paper form is stored securely in a locked filing cabinet. No information is shared with a third party. Nor is any information passed on, sold or used for any other purposes other than for the use of Mountain Yoga Breaks. The information is only held for the duration of the event you have booked onto and after that time will either be removed from the server, or the paper form destroyed.
Social Media Policy
We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms. You use social sharing buttons at your own discretion and accept that doing so may publish content to your social media profile feed or page.
