About Mountain Yoga Breaks
Polly has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years. She originally trained with Richard Adamo, a strong Ashtanga practitioner with Iyengar influences. She has subsequently trained with both Jason Crandell and Kathryn Budig. She loves to teach Vinyasa Flow yoga which is a flowing freestyle form, but she also loves restorative yoga for a good post ride stretch.
Polly teaches regular weekly classes in Llanidloes and Llandrindod Wells as well as day workshops at Coed Y Brenin every other month. She is available for workshops bookings as well as cycling specific classes in Wales and beyond.
