About Mountain Yoga Breaks
Mountain Yoga Breaks has grown from our love for Yoga, Mountain Biking, Hill Walking and the beauty of the Welsh countryside. We wanted to offer holidays that combine these activities to give you an enriching and invigorating break. Our holidays are not retreats in the strict sense of the word but are in venues that allow you to retreat from the hustle and bustle and stress of day to day life - getting focussed and relaxed with the Yoga and then getting out onto the hills to completely unwind. Wales has some World Class mountain biking but if you want to avoid the busy trails centres you need to know where to go - that is where we come in - we have an intimate knowledge of some of the best off piste riding in Mid-Wales so you can relax and enjoy the ride without having to worry about maps and compasses. Our Yoga sessions are designed to compliment mountain biking or walking so you should feel great by the end of the weekend!
